<About custom-made belts>

The production belt will be made of one piece of leather.

If you do not wish to have the buckle stitch color, it will be the same color as or close to the leather you have selected. If you want to change the stitch color, please write it in the remarks column in the cart.

* Customers who purchase Bespoke Belt must enter the values of belt sizes A, B, and C below in the remarks column in the cart before making a payment.

​

* Customers who purchase existing sizes (XS to L) do not need to fill in (B, C cannot be selected, it is optional. The number of holes is 5 including adjustment holes)

​

A, Please decide the length from the inside of the buckle to the size hole you use most often

​

* Please measure with your usual belt.

* We will deliver two holes for size adjustment at intervals of 25m / m in the front and back with the most used hole in the center. (The basic number of holes is 5)

* If you do not need a hole for adjustment, or you can increase or decrease the front and back, please let us know if you wish. If there are too many, we may not be able to meet your request.

B, Please determine the length from the hole (center hole) determined in A above to the tip.

​

* Usually about 15 to 20 cm. If you do not have any hope, please write (B-No hope), and we will decide by looking at the balance here.

* Since the length that can be taken depends on the desired size and the leather used, it may not be possible to manufacture it.

* If a problem occurs such as the length does not fit in the specified length, we will contact you.

​

* We will make as much as you want, but please understand that there may be slight size differences due to differences in the thickness of the leather used and measurement points.

C, Please decide the shape of the belt tip

​

* Select from 6 types of tip shapes and enter the numbers from C1 to C6 in the cart.

If you do not wish, please write (C-No wish), we will decide here.

Since it is not possible to return a single item, please also refer to Order Info when making a purchase and carefully consider it.

Please note that there is no special cosmetic box or wrapping paper, so the product will be delivered in a simple wrapping with cushioning material.

<Regarding leather and products used>

The leather used for each product is mainly imported leather, which is characterized by its expressive and natural texture, leather-specific scent and smooth texture.

Most of the leather used in the product is tanned tanned leather that makes the best use of the leather taste and texture, so it is difficult to see in the photo, but the leather has wrinkles, wrinkles, tigers (streaks), fine scratches, etc.

The shades of color appear as facial expressions. In particular, pale yellow and TAN / natural colors appear prominently because they are not dyed. Please understand that this is the horse mackerel and individuality of tannin tanned leather.

Since it is a natural leather made by the old-fashioned manufacturing method, individual differences such as thickness may occur due to slight color blurring, scratches, and lots.

Please note that due to imported leather, the delivery date may be delayed depending on the stock and availability of leather.

Please understand and understand that the photos may differ from those shown in the photos due to differences in the viewing environment and individual product differences.

We do everything related to tailoring such as purchasing, cutting, sewing, and finishing by hand, so please understand that each product has a slightly different color and shape.

We are making daily improvements to make the product easier to use and better than it is now, so the design and specifications shown are subject to change without notice.

The size shown on the product is just a guide, and each item is manufactured by hand, so there may be slight differences due to product characteristics and individual differences.

All the leather used is carefully selected and selected so that you can enjoy aging (see below).

Buttero

Walpie, Italy Shoulder leather, thickness 2.5-3m / m, good color and often used for small items such as wallets. It's easy to match with suit style, so it's ideal for dress belts, etc.  ---  Products used  1  2

Saddle pull up

Belgian Mashua Shoulder leather, around 3m / m, leather with high fiber density and oil content that maintains robustness, which is also ideal for dress belts, etc.

Etrusco

Walpie, Italy Shoulder leather, with grain on the whole and a thickness of around 3.5-4m / m, which is characterized by its flexibility for its thickness

* Since the grain is not embossed, there is a difference in the grain standing depending on the part and lot.

Mirage

Italian double bat (cow's tail part) with a thickness of about 3 to 3.5 m / m, casein finish with casein as the main ingredient and oil and wax added, leather with fine fibers for the bat and suitable for belts

Howin

Chrome Excel from Howin, USA, 4.5-5m / m, which is quite thick but very oily and soft.

* Be careful of stickiness and color transfer due to the high oil content. There is some growth depending on the frequency of use

Oil mat

Japanese steerhide with a thickness of around 3.5m / m, a moderately thick leather that contains a little more oil and is supple for its thickness.

UK bridle

Bridle leather from British Baker, thickness 5 to 5.5m / m Bridle leather from the well-established British Tanner Baker, bridle leather with very elegant and fine fibers instead of waxed bridle  Products used  1

Mashua belt

Belgian Masure Tannin tanned leather, thickness around 4.7m / m The bat is characterized by fine fibers, which is suitable for belts, and is uniquely processed for belts by adding oil and wax originally formulated. As for black, although it is colored, each one is dyed many times over several months, so the color may fade depending on the color unevenness and usage conditions.

Oil Benz

Shonan Benz is a long-established tanner in Himeji that has been tanned with North American leather for 2 to 3 months. It is characterized by its sufficient thickness and firmness with densely packed fibers. It has a thickness of around 4.7 m / m, and is uniquely processed for belts by adding oil and wax that were originally formulated. Colors are fixed, but the color may fade depending on the usage conditions.  Products used  1

Pueblo (2 colors black, camel)

Italy Badalassi Carlo Shoulder leather, featuring a rough surface like fine scratches.

After daring to rub the surface of this cowhide and polishing it with a brass brush so that the fluff is laid down, it has a unique matte texture, which creates a unique design.  Products used  1

Arizona

Italy CONCERIA LA BRETAGNA Shoulder leather, hand-dyed by craftsmen one by one with a sense of color peculiar to Italy.
