Most of the leather used in the product is tanned tanned leather that makes the best use of the leather taste and texture, so it is difficult to see in the photo, but the wrinkles, wrinkles, tigers (streaks), fine scratches, shades of color, etc. of the leather appear as they are. We are doing it. Please understand that this is the horse mackerel and individuality of tannin tanned leather.

* Since it is a natural leather made by the old-fashioned manufacturing method, individual differences such as thickness may occur due to slight color blurring, scratches, and lots.

* Because of imported leather, it may be delayed from the scheduled delivery date depending on the stock of leather and the arrival status, so please understand and understand.

<About delivery>

Ships within 3 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and holidays.

Delivery method Yu-Packet (post mailing, no guarantee) or courier (in principle, Sagawa Express, delivery company cannot be specified)

The shipping fee is 250 yen for Yu-Packet and 660 yen for courier service nationwide (excluding remote islands).

Yu-Packet can only be delivered if the thickness is 3 cm or less. Due to system reasons, it may not be possible to send a packet even if you can select it.

Free shipping if the payment is 10,000 yen or more excluding tax (excluding remote islands)

* Sorry, customers on remote islands cannot make online payments by calculating the shipping fee due to system reasons, so we will make a bank transfer.

Due to the current system, it is not possible to specify the delivery date and time, so if you wish, please specify in the cart remarks column or email. We will do our best to accommodate you.

 

<About returns and exchanges>

We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience (different from the image, product sizes such as belts and bangles do not match, wrong order, etc.).

If the delivered product is defective or if a product different from the ordered content is delivered, we will respond by returning or exchanging the unused product only.

Please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives. In principle, we will not accept returns if you contact us for more than 3 days.

<Procedures for returns and exchanges>

In case of defective or misdelivered items, please be sure to contact us within 7 days after the item arrives and return the item.

Please be sure to return the documents (delivery note, etc.) that came with the product when it arrives.

<Return shipping fee>

In the case of replacement due to defective or incorrect delivery, we will return it at our expense (payment on delivery), and after exchanging it for a non-defective item, we will send it at our expense (prepayment).

In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost.

<If you cannot accept returns>

* Leather products are very delicate, so even a small amount of them may cause scratches or stains.
